Seat assignment on
published airlines - although we make the best
effort to secure early seat assignment with published airlines
via software and human help, there are occasions where airlines
such as Contenental, Delta, United or American (just to name a
few) - will not do early seat assignment for all passengers -
while at the same time holding a blocked space of empty
seats in
the front of the aircraft - that airline designates as "Premium"
seats. Airlines usually will offer clients who feel
insecure without early seat assignment - those premium seats at
an extra cost. The airline will release their premium seats for
general seat assignment 24 hours before departure. The only
exception they allow is for children under 12 who should be
seated next to one of their parents or accompanying adult.
This is beyond travel agents control. The reason behind it is
simple. Airlines generated a lot of extra money due to misc.
fees last year.
Seat assignment on
chartered airlines - passengers
seats are assigned at airport during check-in. Chartered
flights are never oversold, so everyone gets a seat.
Passengers must be at airport at least 2 hours before departure
time.
Additional baggage charges
Many airlines have instituted a policy of charging for checked baggage,
and some airlines are even charging for carry-on

Who is
responsible for Proper Travel Documentation
It
is the passenger's responsibility to be in possession of all
necessary documentation for the destination country (valid
passport, etc.) at the time of departure. ALL AIRLINES reserve
the right to deny boarding to passengers without the proper
documentation.
Government Taxes
are additional
Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) may apply depending upon the
itinerary chosen.
Federal Excise Tax: does apply per flight segment, if this tax is
not included already in the advertised fare. A flight segment is defined
as one takeoff and one landing.
September 11th Security Fee: applies per flight segment. A flight

U.S. or International Departure and Arrival Charges: U.S. or
international government imposed taxes and fees may apply depending upon
the itinerary chosen.
Travel Insurance

Vacations - cancellation or refund process may take 6-8 weeks
for Vouchers to arrive to your address. Make sure to

Re-confirm your flight:
