The Resort was built with horizontal flow, parallel to the Caribbean Sea and a long white beach to a far peninsula. It is integrated with the natural beauty of light jungle foliage, with abundant flowers and manicured gardens added. Most of the facility is linked by walkways over lagoons, connecting restaurants with two lavishly decorated lobbies, with vast marble floors, sculptures and artwork.
There is a choice of four à la carte restaurants--Mexican, Oriental, Mediterranean, and a steakhouse--and three buffet restaurants offering continental, local and Creole cuisine.
